We’d like to extend our sincere gratitude to the Vancouver Sunshine Lions Club, who raised over $10,000 for the Community Foundation at their 8th Annual Fundraising Gala & Installation Night, held October 2, 2023 at the Executive Hotel Vancouver Airport. Over 300 guests and supporters were in attendance.

In 2019, the Vancouver Sunshine Lions Club established a Forever Fund with the Foundation, through which they award scholarships to local students. In addition, the Club actively fundraises for the Foundation, generating financial resources that benefit the entire Richmond community.

We’re thankful for the Club’s continued support, and would like to especially thank Event Co-Chairs Jeff Jiang, Katharine Kristar, and Jeff Guo, as well as the Club’s Charter President – and Community Foundation Board Member – Wendy Yuan.
